- Ability to place new orders:
- Orders can be paid for using PayPal or credit cards.
- Manage their orders via the Orders tab: The client can view all orders in the system to date in tabular form, including details such as order numbers, date created, tracking number, deadlines, status (available, completed, pending, editing, un-approved, assigned or not], pay for pending orders, delete pending orders, add files and comments to orders, and so on.
- The client has the ability to contact administrators/editors and writers, request revisions, upload files, raise disputes, approve or reject orders.
- The client can communicate with the administrator via live chat.
- The client can rate the order and request a revision.
Administrators’ Roles
- Can create a new order
- Ability to assign orders, rate orders, delete, edit, and change the status of orders (completed, pending, approved, revision, assigned etc)
- Has the ability to approve a pending/created order, thereby making it visible in the “Available” category for writers to claim or bid on.
- Has the ability to view writer bids and assign a writer
